| Rezumat | ||||||
The present research is dedicated to the analysis „de lege lata” of the objective side of constraining a person to draw human organs or tissues. The main goal of this study consists in the establishment of methods specific for criminal actions, especially, applying violence or threatening with violence, as well as implementation of juridical norms in case of exceeding the objective side. In the present study are proposed and analyzed some doctrinal points of view regarding the incrimination of prejudicial action, making proposals of „de lege ferenda” for legislative framework. |
