This research is based on the examination of the least studied notion of the Special Part of the Penal Law: the document of special importance. By creatively using some scientific concepts and the experience of other states, the features of the notion document of special importance are identified. In this way, we make sure that the practitioners and the theorists have a useful apparatus in the application process of those provided at the letter c) of the paragraph (2) of the art.361 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova. |
