In the modern period as it was already specified, practically in all the European countries the philosophy of firmness of rights and basic freedom of the person, and also the inviolability of life dominates. However, having analysed the modern philosophical views at a parity of life and death stated in the modern literature, we can come to the conclusion, that the uniform and final position rather euthanasia is not generated yet. And it brightly testifies to that, as a catfish the problem of euthanasia has not been solved yet. We shall bring basic arguments concerning the adherents and opponents of legalization of euthanasia.
