The area of social responsibility is extremely wide and comprehensive. It includes the moral, religious and legal liability, as well as other different types of liability according to which the members of the society are called to respond for the way they behave in the social life. The different types of social liability may interact and interfere with one another, which does not exclude the individuality of each of the types. Experts in the field meticulously examine all these types of liability and their individuality. The legal liability represents a challenging issue within the General Theory of Law. It is an issue of great interest for all legal disciplines and it has an outstanding practical importance, because liability finalizes any legal matter. The subject of this research is the scientific approach to the concept of legal liability within the contemporary theoretic and legal science.
