Legal consciousness as a legal phenomenon characteristic to human society, the transmitter of the
aspirations, feelings and ideas received from the subjects of law, under which legal norms are developed,
is the subject to the influence of the configuration factors of diverse nature.
As a phenomenon adjacent of the law, emanated from the society, legal consciousness with its ideolo-
gical and psychological components knows the influence of the specific factors of the natural environment
(which includes geographical area, biological, physiological, and demographic factors characteristic to
a nation) social and political, economic, cultural and ideological environments.
