| Rezumat | ||||||
In the present article we analyze the possibilities of the Bulgarian citizens as to the procedural rights
by means of informational technologies. In this connection the Superior Legal Council has elaborated
a project «renovation of informational systems for a more qualitative service, Regulation of electronic
administration of justice», aimed at a deeper analysis of concrete necessities of the legal system, in order
to implement an electronic document and signature and the creation of a normative basis of regulation
of these relations.
