The supremacy of law is a principle of the state of law having an important role in its formation and
activity. The principle of supremacy of law is prominent in the formation of legislation system – creation
and functioning of the hierarchic, vertical, horizontal and departmental subsystems.
The system of legislative acts of a state is determined, first of all, by the Constitution and the regime
of supremacy law and it is reflected by means of honoring many conditions – not to contain dispositions
contrary to laws, to fit in the competence limits of the body enacting them, etc.
