In the article are analyzed the functional anatomy of cerebellum with highlighting three important zones (sensomotor, cognitive, limbic). The analysis is performed about the role of different structure of cerebellum in realization of cognitive functions, of a new data (attention, memory, praxis, gnosis, the speed of thinking, verbal functions, the functions of programming the control of psychical operations). The features of cognitive disorders that depend on lateralization of lesion (left/right cerebellum hemispheres) are analyzed. There were examined the main cerebro-cerebelar neuronal systems, that takes part in the realization of cognitive and psychoemotional functions.

В работе анализируются функциональная анатомия мозжечка с выделением трех основных зон (сенсомоторная, когнитивная, лимбическая). Проводится анализ современных данных о роли различных структур мозжечка в реализации когнитивных функций (внимания, память, праксис, гнозис, скорость мышления, вербальные функций, функций программирования контроля психических действий). Анализируются особенности когнитивных расстройств в зависимости от латерализаций поражения (левое/правое полушария мозжечка). Рассмотрены основные церебелярно-церебральные нейрональные системы участвующие в реализаций когнитивных и при эмоциональных функций.
