В статье проведен анализ института референдума в механизме защиты основ конституционного строя. Представлены основные аспекты референдума в соотношении с вопросами защиты основ конституционного строя. Также разработаны предложения по совершенствованию механизма защиты основ конституционного строя в процессе проведения референдума.

Articolul oferă o analiză a instituției referendumului în mecanismul de protecție a bazelor sistemului constituțional. Sunt prezentate principalele aspecte ale referendumului în legătură cu problemele protecției bazelor sistemului constituțional. De asemenea sunt elaborate sugestii pentru îmbunătățirea mecanismului de protecție a bazelor sistemului constituțional în procesul de desfășurare a referendumului

The article offers an analyzes of the institution of the referendum in the protection mechanism of the basis of the constitutional system, Are shown the main aspects of the referendum in relation to the issues of protecting the basis of the constitutional system. They are also elaborated proposals to improve the mechanism for protecting the foundations of the constitutional system in the process of conducting the referendum.

L’article propose une analyse de l’institution du référendum dans le mécanisme de protection des fondements du système constitutionnel. Sont présentés les principaux aspects du référendum en relation avec les questions de protection des fondements du système constitutionnel. Des suggestions sont également développées pour améliorer le mécanisme de protection des fondements du système constitutionnel dans le cadre du référendum.
