The study was conducted to evaluate the comparative fixators in surgical treatment of proximal humerus frac- tures with metal plates in the „T”, „L”, „DCP” and with K-wires in two planes and metalic tensoin band and functional results obtaned at the distance taking into account the patient`s age grade and tipe of lession. Plate fixations although „revived” the surgical treatment of proximal humerus fractures, in contrast has not provided adramatic improvement of remote results. We proposed and implemented ostheosynthesis surgical method with K-wires and metalic tension band in proximal humerus fractures, which allowed us to performe a bone ostheosyn- theze both qualitativelyas well as sustainable osteosinteze but also elastic osteoporotic bone without bone degrada- tion where massive and rigid implants are not aplicable with enhanced remote functional results.
